The public herb garden at the Paulinzella Monastery ruins was planted in 2012 by Claudia Wallnisch as part of her qualification in garden therapy. The project helped the skilled gardner to deepen her knowledge about herbs. Since then, Frau Wallnisch has offered courses on a variety of themes in the garden and has led hiking tours in the region. Since 2011, she has also had the role of the twentieth "Olitäten Queen". Frau Wallnisch also runs a herbal studio and garden in her private residence.
